How much will the GetCruiseCredit.com reward be for my booking?
Onboard credit amounts range from $25 to $500 per stateroom based on the total price of the cruise fare.​

How much does the total price of my booking have to be to qualify to be rewarded by GetCruiseCredit.com for my booking?
A minimum of $1000 in total cruise fare per stateroom is required to be eligible to receive a reward. This is the price of the cruise fare only and does not include taxes, fees, travel protection or extras of any kind.

Will transferring my booking to you change anything about my cruise reservation access?
You will still be able to retain control of your booking by logging into your respective cruise line's website or app to add specialty dining, book excursions, etc.
The only change will be that you will submit your payment requests through me on GetCruiseCredit.com instead of making the payment directly with your cruise line, just like with any other travel agent. You will receive an updated confirmation from your cruise line once the payment has been applied within 72 hours or less of receiving the payment request.

How long does it take to transfer a booking?
Once you submit a transfer request, it is up to the individual cruise line to process the transfer. Most transfers are completed within 7 business days. We will contact you once the transfer has been completed.

When will I receive my onboard credit in my cruise ship account?​
Onboard credit will be applied to your booking at least 5 days prior to your cruise ship itinerary date of departure.​​

If I book directly from GetCruiseCredit.com can I get the same promotions that are available on my cruise line's website?​
Yes! We use a real-time booking engine connected to the cruise lines' inventories so you will have access to the same low-priced promotions as you could book yourself. You can even choose your own stateroom. At times, you might find a better price on our site because of travel partner specials. If you don't see a particular promotion listed, please contact me to do the booking personally and make sure you get the promo applied.

Can I receive my cruise line's loyalty rewards if If I book directly from GetCruiseCredit.com?​
Yes! You can Show Special Rates when searching for pricing by clicking on and entering your Past Passenger #. You can even find your cruise line's loyalty number using the Past Passenger Lookup search if you are not sure what it is. When booking directly through our site, you will be asked to fill out your Passenger Details. You will be able to include your Past Passenger # to receive loyalty points from your cruise line of choice. If you searched pricing options using your Past Passenger # it will automatically fill it in for you on the Passenger Details page.

Can I use my cruise line's FCCs or other Cruise Line Certificates to make payments for my cruise?​
Yes! We accept all types of applicable cruise line credits, cruise line gift cards and credit or debit cards to make a payment for your cruise.

How do I claim my rewards from GetCruiseCredit.com?​
Simple! You will be rewarded with onboard credit automatically once you have booked with us or transferred your booking to us. If you prefer a gift card instead, just let us know once you have your cruise reservation confirmed.​​
